Ok. Been MIA for some time. Am back home in the US so that’s good. Boy did I miss home… Anyways, the biggest exam of my life is in 18 days. I am only 10 lbs away from my UGW of 115lbs. I am as of today 125.2lbs. I am going to be REALLY good this month, especially because at the end of it I have a wedding to go too. 10 lbs in 1 month? Possible… but it’s going to suck. OK here’s the plan for today…

- 3 DIT lectures

- Run 3.3 mi

- Do workout Day 3

- Eat under 800 calories
